Place an order
Enter your information, select the desired foreign currency, and specify the amount on the order page.

Transfer
Please transfer the Japanese Yen to our designated account as instructed via email. Once the transfer amount is confirmed, we will prepare for shipment.

Currency Delivery
We will send the requested foreign currency to the specified location as indicated on the order page. If the order is placed on a business day by 3:00 PM, we will ship on the same day. If placed after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on stock availability.

Arrival
The delivery will be made in approximately 1-2 days after shipment. The arrival date may be delayed due to location, inclement weather, or other circumstances.

Customer Sends Foreign Currency
Send the foreign currency amount you entered on the order page to us via registered mail. If you use regular mail or letter pack and it is lost or stolen, we cannot take responsibility. Please understand.

Foreign Currency Arrival at Our Office
Once we receive the foreign currency, we will verify the information entered on the order page and the currency sent.

Payment
After verification, we will transfer Japanese Yen to the bank account specified by the customer.
