Please send it by registered mail or general registered mail. If regular mail or letter packs are used and theft or loss occurs, we cannot take responsibility. Please understand.

When will the foreign currency be shipped?
If the order is placed by 3:00 PM on a business day, we will ship it on the same day. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping may be delayed depending on stock availability. Please understand.

It takes approximately 1-2 days after shipping. The arrival date may be delayed due to location, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances.

Can I purchase currencies without displayed rates?
Currencies marked as 'Not Available' cannot be purchased due to reasons such as lack of stock. Please inquire about currencies without displayed rates, such as UAE Dirham and Brazilian Real.

We update the transaction rates around 11:00 AM daily.

Please tell me about identity verification documents.
Regarding Identity Verification Documents
When conducting transactions totaling over 2 million yen within 30 days, we kindly ask for the submission of identity verification documents and answers to questions.
Please refer to the following for identity verification documents.
Among the following ①, ②, ③, please submit one of the documents:
① Submit one original copy (copies not accepted), such as a resident certificate or a registered seal certificate, to our company by mail.
② Choose two types from Group A of identity verification documents and attach them via email.
③ Choose one type from Group A of identity verification documents and attach a copy of one supplementary document via email.
Documents such as resident certificates or registered seal certificates must be issued within 6 months.
When submitting ② and ③, please ensure that the addresses on both documents match.

Passport (issued before February 3, 2020, with an address)
Individual Number Card (front side only)
Residence card or Certificate of Special Permanent Resident
Individual Number Notification Cards cannot be accepted as identity verification documents.
【Group B: Supplementary Documents (can be from cohabitants)】
Receipts for public utilities: Electricity, gas, water, NHK subscription, etc.
Official printed documents: Tax notification, tax certificate, seal certificate, etc.
Supplementary documents must have a stamped date or issuance date and must be valid within 6 months of issuance.
If you provide a passport without an address as an identity verification document, you will need to provide two supplementary documents in your name (documents from cohabitants are not accepted).
